THE 6AM Insoles
THE 6AM is the first insole engineered for dancing instead of walking. Every other insole loads the heel, because walking starts at the heel. Dancing doesn't — it lives on the ball of the foot, for hours. So we inverted the architecture: the cushioning stack sits under the forefoot, the arch is semi-rigid so it can share the load late in the night, and there is no EVA anywhere in the product. Cut from fluorescent volt cloth that lights up under blacklight.
Engineered for the last two hours, not the first.
Most insoles feel great in the shop and quit around 1AM. THE 6AM is built around what happens at hour five — when the foam in everything else has already bottomed out.
6–8mm of open-cell PU stacked under the ball of the foot — the part taking ten thousand small impacts across a night.
Structure that shares the load once your legs stop volunteering.
EVA takes a compression set and never fully recovers — that's the foam that dies mid-night. It isn't in this product anywhere.
Wicking, antimicrobial, and UV-reactive: the whole insole ignites under blacklight.
Two bad options. Then this one.

Before you commit the night.
Do they actually glow, or is that marketing?
The top cloth is fluorescent — the same dye family as a hi-vis safety vest. Under blacklight it lights up bright volt green. In normal light it reads as a very saturated neon. It is not glow-in-the-dark: it needs UV light to do its thing, which is exactly where you'll be. Hit LIGHTS OFF above to see it.
Will they fit my shoes?
They're designed to replace the existing removable insole in sneakers, trainers and platform boots. If your shoe has a removable liner, THE 6AM goes in its place. Between sizes, size up and use the trim guide on the underside.
Why forefoot cushioning instead of heel?
Walking and running load the heel first. Dancing almost never does — you spend the night on the balls of your feet. Putting the thickest cushioning under the heel is why normal insoles don't help much on a dancefloor.
How long does a pair last?
Expect roughly four months of regular nights out before the cushioning starts losing its snap — similar to a good running shoe midsole on a lighter duty cycle.
What exactly is the 30-Night Guarantee?
Dance on them for 30 nights. If your feet don't notice a difference, email us and we'll refund you — even if the pair has been trimmed and worn. We take the risk so you can take the floor.
What is the guest list price?
$44 instead of $59. It is the pre-order price for Drop 001 — you pay in full now, we ship in December, and the price goes to $59 once the pairs land. Same 30-night guarantee either way.
When does Drop 001 ship?
December. Drop 001 is 500 numbered pairs and every guest list order is reserved against that run — when the 500 are gone, they're gone. If the date moves you hear it from us by email first, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before we ship.
Four decisions, one night.
