How does sizing work?
Three sizes cover US Women's 5 to Men's 14: S (W5–8.5), M (W9–M10), L (M10.5–14). The rings printed at the toe are your trim guide — cut along the ring for your size with household scissors. Takes 60 seconds, and the box QR links a video.
Do they fit platform boots?
Yes — platforms and Demonias have flat, roomy footbeds, which is the easiest fit of all. They also work in sneakers, boots, and most closed shoes with a removable or flat insole.

Do they really glow?
The timeline print is UV-reactive ink: it glows under blacklight (365–395nm), the kind used in clubs and festival stages. Under normal light it reads as a subtle volt print on black.
Why no EVA foam?
EVA — the foam in most cheap insoles — compresses flat within hours and stays flat. That's why your inserts feel dead by 1AM. We use open-cell PU and PORON®, the materials used in medical orthotics, because they recover between every step.

How long do they last?
With regular use, expect 4–6 months of nights before the foam starts losing its bounce. Heavy schedule (3+ nights a week)? Closer to 4.
Care instructions?
Hand wash, air dry, keep them out of the dryer. Antimicrobial top cloth fights the smell.
