How it works
- You have 30 days from delivery to try your insoles on real nights out.
- Not feeling the difference? Email pistainsoles@gmail.com with your order number. No return forms, no interrogation.
- Trimmed, worn, danced-on pairs are all covered. We expect you to actually use them.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The fine print (kept short)
- One refund per customer per drop — the guarantee exists for honest trial, not free rentals.
- Refunded pairs don't need to be shipped back unless we ask. If we ask, we cover the label.
- B2B PACKS: refund applies to the full pack or per pair, your call.
- Damaged or wrong item on arrival? Immediate free replacement — send a photo.
