PISTA started at hour six of a night in Miami.
Our founder is a DJ. He watched the same scene play out at every gig: hour two, the floor is flying. Hour six, half the crowd is sitting down, holding their shoes, doing math on how far the exit is. The music didn't stop — their feet did.
Every insole in the pharmacy was built for heel-strike walking or running. Dancing is the opposite sport: hours on the balls of your feet, thousands of small impacts on concrete, spins your knees pay for. Nobody had built for it. So we did — backwards, on purpose.
THE 6AM puts the thickest cushioning at the forefoot where dancers actually land. Open-cell PU and PORON® instead of the cheap EVA foam that dies by 1AM. A deep heel cup around a volt gel pod for concrete floors. The whole night — 01:00 to 06:00 — printed down the insole in UV-reactive ink that goes off under blacklight.
Partying is a sport. We make the equipment.
Dance til close. Walk home fine.
Nos vemos en la pista.
